Being southerners, we love greens! Collards, mustard greens, turnip greens… we love them all! But kale was a little new to us. I wasn’t sure how I would like it at first. I had always seen it on plates and around salad bars as garnish and decoration. It made things look pretty, but how would it taste?
We’re also big eaters of chicken, so this grilled chicken with roasted kale recipe is right up our alley.
After sauteing it in a little butter with onions and garlic, we LOVED it! Now, any way you can think to prepare it, we love-love-love kale!!
